postpartum package

We will meet prenatally at your home (or online) to review and ensure that you're all set-up for your nursery, infant feeding stations and, diaper changing stations. We will make sure that you have all the newborn essential items and nothing extraneous! Home safety tips and meal planning also included!

We will set up an appointment in your first week at home, to ensure that infant feeding is going well, and that you are all set in your baby bubble as a new/growing family. This is typically the week when feeding challenges come up, and so I will be there to support you through it all!

These are often the toughest weeks, as the sleep deprivation becomes more real, and sometimes partners are returning to work. I will be there to help you determine how to get the most sleep and refine your schedules to ensure you can thrive and not just survive these early weeks.

These weeks we will focus on ensuring that you are receiving the self care you need to get back on your feet. I will come to you at home to provide some of these treatments, and help you with the necessary referrals to other knowledgable providers. We will "graduate" you into the next stage as you feel ready and confident to do so... and I'm still available as needed after that point!

With 20 years of combined experience, as a Nurse Midwife/NP and Lacation Consultant, I can provide you with a holistic and highly knowledgable approach to supporting you and your feeding goals. During our initial session (usually 1.5-2 hrs), we’ll map your needs to come up with a personalized plan that is both comfortable and effective.

virtual services
$150/hr
This is for families needing support in dealing with any challenges (e.g. sleep, behavioral challenges or feeding difficulties). I have experience coaching and caring for new parents in the virtual realm. Let’s work together in order to find solutions that work for you and your family.

follow-up consults
$150/hr
Each child and each family is unique and, just when you thought you had it all figured out, it changes! Follow-up consultations are often needed when your child is approaching a new milestone, or when facing a transition, such as co-sleeper to crib, night weaning, sleep training, or the birth of a sibling. With years of professional and personal experience, I can help you support your child in a way that affirms your parenting approach.

$600 / week
Includes one initial in-person session (usually 1.5-2 hrs) where we’ll map your needs to come up with a personalized plan that is both comfortable and effective. Unlimited follow-ups via phone calls, text messaging, and virtual visits are then available throughout the week.

lactation consulting
Private lactation consults are such a gift to the new family! They help you figure out the intricacies of infant feeding specifically for your family, in the comfort of your own home, or via tele-medicine. These consults can be booked individually or for unlimited support on a weekly basis - they make great registry gifts as well! See more info below.

Preparing for Postpartum Class: this is a 2 session class specifically to ensure that you and your family are really prepared for Postpartum.
